Fancy menu!

I really want to integrate this https://codepen.io/suez/pen/vAais into this site https://www.ebwf-eve.online/pathways-in-eve-online - i need the ability to adjust the colour (ideally i want it to be transparent), but also the number of points on the radial and the icons.

I cant seem to even get this to appear using the code available, let alone adjust the elements.

Ideally i would like each point on the radial to direct to a subpage which are tbd, so i need to ba able to adjust the code to futureproof.

Can anyone help or walk me through?

Thanks in advance!

Hey
Integrating full blown HTML Samples in Wix using Wix Code is not a simple “do this…” so I suggest you go to Wix Arena and hire a person to help you fix that.

I will do a try in a couple of minutes and let you know if it works. All regarding icons and number of points that you ask for is not a Wix Code question at all and should be directed to some HTML or CSS forum somewhere.

But I will do a test.

Hi @andreas-kviby thx for the reply! - i am really new to this - i am good at the design stuff - as in formatting a site based on templates etc - ie. making it look nice - but the coding side to me is really a new thing and i am clueless. So please forgive my ignorance! & thanks in advance for any assistance you may be able to provide!

@robert_fraser_stewar Here you go man!

@andreas-kviby thanks! - i have taken a look through and despite following your clear instructions , I still can’t seem to get it working.

I get the part about the changing of the icons etc and the associated links - that is just a case of substituting the existing icons for the desired icons and pointing to the correct website url, and i am happy with that.

I am struggling with the “Making the menu speak with Wix Code now!” part and beyond.

I have added an “embed a site” but is not clear if i am including the full code at the bottom of your link, or the partial "window.parent.postMessage " within the code section.

I think i understand the “Handle the incoming events in Wix Code” bit - and have pasted the code against the onmessage function row but can’t get this to work either, possibly because of the above bit, or not - i am not sure! :frowning:

@Andreas Kviby thanks for your help… but i am still struggling with this :frowning:
