I found a place that discusses putting in an html version of reCaptcha. If I do that, then I can change the color/theme. But I have to get a site key and that is tied to a domain. I’m about to change the domain to this site since it’s in the design stage now, will soon be tied to the domain for the business.
I’m not very good at coding. I still may not get it right. Sure would be great to just have a dark them available through Wix editor, since they are offered by Google. Here is where it says Google offers it: Perguntas frequentes | reCAPTCHA | Google for Developers

ummm, I don’t think that matches my need. I don’t need the whole website in dark mode. I need just the reCaptcha in dark.

Keep us in the loop if you’re able to accomplish this using the workaround you mentioned! 
@sheyla I placed black boxes over the parts of the Recaptcha. It’s not perfect. And I had to fix the boxes again in the mobile version. But, at least it’s not so prominently out of the overall look.
