What I’m trying to do
Create reusable checkout-form templates for different event types, such as in-person meetings, conferences, CME events, and dinners. For example, our in-person form needs company/institution, dietary restrictions, and a conditional details field.
What I’ve tried so far
I understand forms are configured per event and that duplicating a draft can carry settings forward. However, that feels like a workaround rather than a centrally managed template system.
Extra context
A template library would reduce repetitive setup, help staff collect consistent attendee information, and prevent required fields from being missed. It would be especially useful if templates could be applied to new events and optionally updated across selected existing events.
