In the vacation rental space using Rooms to set up various properties, it would be great to have the capability to add cleaning fees, pet fees, etc. by each individual property (the room/property) since each may have different requirements.

Make it possible to link each room/property to multiple calendars without having to use the channel manager, which is cumbersome and not user friendly. It also has more features than a lot of our clients need, so it would be nice to have the calendar option for people who don’t need all the bells and whistles of the channel manager.

Currently, we have to set up multiple properties through Rooms. If we had the function to set this up as individual properties that may be in different locations with varying tax rates, fees, etc., it would make the user experience more accurate and robust. In some cases, properties owners now have to contact guests to give them the final rate since it’s not always accurately generating the correct total amount. It’s why many hosts choose not to have Wix take payments online, because it’s not accurate to the individual property.
