Why is not possible to send a PUT to an extrernal API from http-functions.js ???
Why is not possible to send a PUT to an extrernal API from data.js???

but I can do that from a normal page !!! ;()

What errors do you have?

Use a Site Logs to see a logs of the error do you have on the site runtime.

Open the Site Logs page on a new tab. And run your code for PUT fetching.
