File Upload Error 200 (Invalid Authentication Token)

Hello, as the title said, I was not able to upload a file and save it on the database.
File Upload Button and Submit Button is connected already on the database.

Question: Where or How do I generate this required token? Found an tutorial video that has an upload button, but it seems that its not working on me.

Another Question: How to do this in Wix Code?
