I try to follow tutorial for collect value of six store product to form data set but it doesn’t show up on database after submit form.

First off you are using a tutorial from Nayeli (Code Queen), so if you have any issues you should really go back to her first to see if she can give you support or tell you where you have gone wrong.
If Nayeli is busy and can’t help you, then please come back and ask here for more help and paste up the actual code that you have on both your pages and backend jsw file and not just from the tutorial page itself.
Plus, screenshots of your actual page would be good too so that we can see if your elements etc are all called the same as you have used in your code.
Finally, have you simply just copied the code from her site and pasted it into your own Wix Editor?
Have you made sure that all your own datasets and elements etc are correctly named in the code for the product page, quote page and the jsw backend file?
If it is not working for then then I suggest that you watch her youtube video about the tutorial and pause and rewind it whenever you need to as her videos are informative and will explain it all to you.
