Filter applied to a repeater works in Preview, not live (no code)

Hi all,

This is Eugenio writing his first post here! I decided to sign up and start asking questions as I am becoming more familiar with Wix features and can’t wait to understand it all better and eventually learn Coding.

I am developing a travel agency website and I am creating its Destinations (Collection 1) and Experiences (Collection 2).Both collections have a common field, which is Title (Collection 1), so I can filter the relevant experiences (from Collection 2) into their corresponding Destination Item page (Collection 1).

I’ve applied the filter and it works perfectly in Preview, but for some reason it stopped working live. It used to work with this exact setup but it suddenly stopped, probably because I’ve changed something…

Does anybody know why is this happening? Thank you and have a great day!

Hi Eugenio, welcome to the Wix community!

Looking at the problem that you’ve stated, it’s most likely a permissions issue.

So firstly - try changing your CMS database permissions from Admin to Anyone.

And if this dosen’t solve the issue, then we can try helping you out by digging in a bit deeper.

hi Pratham! Thanks for your reply and for the welcome. I checked CMS database permissions and it is set for Anyone already so not sure why this is happening :frowning: thanks again!
