Filter database by current user

Hi,

I’m trying to create a members only page where I can have specific files linked to specific users and then only display those files when that member is logged in.

For example I want to have file Tonglen.pdf on the member site for user nhadfield when they go to their resources page but don’t want that file to go to every member.

Can anyone help with this?
