Is there some way I can debug or troubleshoot?

You are doing two different things with your submit button, why?
On the page settings you have the button linked through the settings to go to your home page.
Whilst through the submit button that is connected to your dataset for submitting the user inputs, you are then linking the page to go to the Submission thank you page after the form inputs have been saved.
The link icon keeps defaulting to that. Are you saying the link section should also go to the Thank You page? Or what should it be, perhaps None?
I set it to None, saved, and published and it’s still failing. Can you please advise?
Use the second link option where you linked it through the dataset settings for submit, as that will only move the user on once the form is submitted.

Click the When successful, navigate to drop-down and select one of the following options:
Stay on this page
Add a link
Do not add a link to the button through the button link settings in the editor itself, as like in your first picture as this will try to override the actual dataset submit and your user inputs might not be submitted and you could be simply moved onto the home page instead of your thank you page.
So, basically make sure that the link symbol in the first picture is not coloured green, which will mean that it is not connected.
The only thing that should be green in that top image is the dataset connection icon on the end which is showing that you have connected the dataset to your button for submissions to be saved into that dataset.
Okay it seems to be working now, but it was working yesterday and then I tested it and it failed.
Are there preferred browsers or settings for working with Wix ?
