I’m in the process of developing a new website, and have a couple different supporter forms working on it. I tested out a form yesterday by adding in 6 different submissions, and they all entered into the database. But early this morning, my client made a submission - and I received email confirmation of it, but it never logged that data into the form collection database. So I added another submission myself to test it out. I received an email confirmation of that addition, but again - that data wasn’t added to the site’s database.

Have you set the form up using code? If so please send us a link to your site and a snippet of the code you are having an issue with.
