Frozen header and multilingual

Hi,

I’m trying to create a multilingual website, with a frozen menu on my pages.
Problem is : I can’t.
To go multilingual I’m supposed to unfreeze my header, delete my menu, and replace the menu with buttons. This way I can have a French menu on French pages, English menu on English pages etc.

Is there a way to re-create a frozen menu effect with wix code, without actually using the “frozen header” wix functionality?
