If Wix would develop a way to copy something from one site (e.g. a strip, or a page) and paste it into another site that would be revolutionary!

  1. When I build something cool on one site, I could simply copy and paste it to another site.

  2. There could be a store/repository where people could submit elements that others could use (it could even be monetized)

  3. If you saw one thing on a template site, you could easily add it to one of your own sites.

For example, currently I’m building an audio player/catalog feature for a website that would be extremely useful on other sites I’ve already built, but once i complete it I will have to rebuild it on these other sites (lots of copy and pasting, etc.) which will take a great deal of time. Also, if I build this feature and make “upgrades” to it over time, I will have a lot of that same manual work in updating it on other sites.

A copy and paste feature would solve a lot of the headache.

I need to spend some more time looking at the app builder. I did spend a little time looking at it and it seemed pretty limited—at least for my current needs. It might work for some simpler things.

Thank you Wix for implementing this feature! I have used it multiple times the past couple days and it has saved me gobs of time!

I can’t say thank you enough and how grateful I am for all of the work done by the dev team!

One useful upgrade would be when I copy text over from one site to another the text would take on the paragraph styles of the new site. So, if I copied a block of text that had h1 text inside of it, when I pasted it into the new site that h1 text would take on the h1 style from the current site.
