I am by no means a design expert but wanted to share my thoughts
Overall: Really love the website. It looks very professional and I love the color scheme and the overall look. It has a minimalist appeal that I really love. Also, the content is point onā¦ I would hire you 
Pros:
-Overall, very professional and confident look
-No typos; grammatical errors
-Nice minimalist style and color scheme (everything fits together smoothly)
-Your portfolio section is strong; really allows your work to speak for itself
Potential Things to Revisit:
-The scrolling menu button is a bit distracting and the order is off. You have āHome, Contact, Servicesā. Its two menuās but it really look like they are combined. Since your ācontactā portion of your site is last I would reorder to say Home, Services, Contact and make it one menu. I would also make the menu stick to the top page and not scroll (it kinda gets in the way)

The text under the āWeb Designā section is centered. Just my thought but I think it may look a bit better if the text is still centered (in the center of the page) but aligned ājustifiedā. Looks more professional to me. Elsewhere, I would ājustifyā all the text, to give it that crisp block look.

On the actual package pages ā I would change the moving text marquee (i.e. ābasicā, āadvanceā, etc) to a static text block. The moving marquee looks a bit highschool to me
-If you click the strong textāpackage formā button it takes you to a Google Form page that says you need to request access. Iām thinking thatās not suppose to happen. May just need to alter your permission
-On the main page, I would increase the font size of the header sections āHow it Works, and Our Packagesā. The header text should be bigger then the text in itās section

Like @SkreenGG said, thatās a nice, good-looking minimalistic website!
One thing I would like to point out is that the white text in the HOW IT WORKS section kind of blends in with the black and white background image, so you might wanna change the image or give it a black tint. An easy way to do this is to set the section / image background color to black and then reduce the opacity of the image. That will give the section a darker tint, making the text more legible while also using the same bg image.
Also I like the pinned bottom nav section and getting rid of the header. It is an unconventional approach, but for a single page site like yours, it works pretty well!
