Google custom search on lightboxes

Hi,
I use Google Custom Search for site search.
I’ve added it via the Tracking Tools & Analytics (on the dashboard settings).
The problems that I’like the search-box to appear on a specific lightbox, but only could make it show on a regular site page.
How you make it show on lightboxes?

Solution:
So, instead of adding Google’s Custom Search snippet to the Tracking Tools & Analytics, I put it in an html component (on the lightbox), and then on the control panel of Google custom search, I’ve set the Link Target to be _parent (Search Features > Advanced).
It works well.
