Grid gallery 1xn - change default number of rows

Because of the way my data is displayed, I have several 1 x n grid galleries.

Right now the default number of items displayed before the “show more” is displayed is ~9/10.

Is there a way I can alter that default? I want all the items in my gallery displayed without this user intervention - I have less than 20 in all cases.
