Header doesn't pin

Question: Why does my header not pin to the top when scrolling, despite having the “Pinned” position type set in Wix Studio?

What are you trying to achieve: I want my website’s header to remain fixed at the top of the page when users scroll down. I have configured the header settings to use the “Pinned” position type and enabled the scroll effect with the transition direction set to downward. My goal is to ensure the header stays visible at the top of the screen throughout the scroll.

What have you already tried:

1. Verified that the position type for the header is set to “Pinned.”
2. Enabled the scroll effect with the transition direction set downward.
3. Checked the z-index and layering to ensure the header stays above other elements.
4. Cleared the browser cache and tested in an incognito window to rule out cache issues.
5. Ensured no other elements or scripts are interfering with the header’s behavior.

Additional information:

• The header settings include appropriate height, width, and background configurations.
• Despite applying these settings, the header does not pin as expected when scrolling.

Do you have a link to the site?

I think the scroll effect “down” might be causing some issues. I’m guessing you want the header just to be stuck to the top of the viewport consistently throughout the page scroll, right?
