Headers and subsequent content in Repeaters

Hi,

I would like to achieve a repeater that looks like this:

What you see above is a single container. In that we have a heading and other text. Each sub-topic is then loaded dynamically from the DB below the description. The sub topic section is actually a container box.
Request assistance is making this completely dynamic

OK. Make the repeater container background transparent. Inside the item container put a box and design it to look as you wish. Add the elements to the box and connect to a dataset.
