I was wondering if there is a way on wix to create a league based website. For example, user creates a profile, then creates a team profile, other members can join that team profile with a password, and that team profile could then join a “league” to compete in.

You could make a database for every league and save user IDs in it for joined members, but creating groups will be hard.
Or you can make one database with every user and their guild listed in it, and if needed an image. It will be harder to join guilds this way though (unless somebody else finds another way).
