I made my website on Wix for my restaurant MangoGarden. (Yeahhhhh, it’s cool, I know)
But, for all my bookings, I have TheFork (or LaFourchette in French).
The problem is that it gives a javascript code to integrate as a module in my website.

That is not a Wix company, therefore you are better suited going through The Fork’s own support team and asking them how they integrate it into Wix, they should be able to tell you how to add it to Wix themselves.
