Hi,
I can’t create a coupon in Wix Studio. When I click on the button (via quick access), nothing happens. When I search for “coupon” in the search bar no option for creating a coupon is shown.
It worked perfectly fine when I used Wix Editor. Since we’re running an eCommerce site I need the coupon asap.
Please let me know what I can do to change it, thank you!
Hi there! I had the exact same problem. Apparently it’s due to some type of bug.
Here’s what I was told that worked; on your dashboard, go to apps then click on app market. From there download any app ( I downloaded wix bookings), delete it afterwards. Refresh the page, then go to marketing and you should see coupons. Hope this helps!
