Help Needed with Store product customisation

I currently run an online sweet company selling online pick and mix sweet bags and gift boxes. However, I need to have the ability to allow customers to select there own sweet contents for each bag, or at least just one build your own bag category. However, I cant just use the standard ‘Add an option’ because there’s too many options.
I am looking for something like what they have on this website under build your own bag

That could work! I would just need somebody who could help to code and create this as I don’t understand Corvid etc very well :confused:
