I’ve followed the steps in the Velo Tutorial: Building Your Own Members Area and read every help page I can find about Member Areas and I’m having trouble.
I’ve created my Member Area, I’ve created my member collection, I’ve created my dynamic Members All, Members Profile, and Members Profile Update pages. Now I’m stuck.,
My Member Login sends the user to the My Account page in my site’s Members Area, and I can’t figure out how to link the dynamic pages. I’d rather skip the “my account” page all together and send them straight to their dynamic profile, but I can’t figure out how to edit the log in link.
The tutorial above says “In our example we have a dedicated page for members to use for logging into the site” but I can’t figure out how to set up this kind of login either.
The code is included, but I’m not a coder, so I only have the option of copy pasting, and I don’t know where this code needs to be entered.
Am I supposed to delete the non-dynamic members area? Do I add a button link somewhere to the dynamic pages? Help!
