Help with password protected content

I have a print newsletter that I want to transition to electronic.

I’m envisioning a series of blog posts that will be inside a “firewall” for members only access.

I’d like to have a “NEWS” page that will have short summaries of each blog post. These summaries will be visible to all users and will have a read more link to read the Full Story.

If a user clicks on the summary, they will hit a login page asking them to provide credentials to access the full story.

Can anyone answer the following questions:

1. Is there any technical obstacle to me building this out as described above

2. Once a user logs in to reads Full Story A (inside the firewall), if I put a link in Full Story A that links to Full Story B, will the user be able to navigate between Full Story A and Full Story B without having to log in again. Or will accessing a page that’s protected always require a new login - regardless of whether the user has already logged in?

3. Can I protect just the Item of dynamic content but NOT the list of dynamic content.

The attached image illustrates kind of how I envision the pages to work

Hi, @friend2dawgs !!

I haven’t tested it myself, but I believe it’s possible. This link might be of some help. :slightly_smiling_face:

I think this article too is pretty close to what you’re imagining - Wix Blog: Limiting Your Blog to Paying Members | Help Center | Wix.com

In short, you can make blog articles available to paying customers. If they’re logged in as a member, they’ll remain logged in and can navigate around pages that they have access to as a member
