I would like to make a system that when two random people click a button from two completely different devices a song starts playing (the same song)… is that possible…How can I do it…please help!

Plus, if this is all random, then how are the users going to know that they are playing the same song as somebody else, especially if they are not in the same place?

You can set up a button that randomises your music choice before playing that random song. See the links below about using Math . floor ( Math . random ().
