i dont know about freezing the footer. you could try to pin a object. but im not sure what your intent is here. just so people dont have to scroll all the way down to see information?
Pinned objects are all forced to the header on mobile…the only way I could think of this being doable is having a lightbox at the bottom of the page, but that would be extremely inconvenient and unusuable.
The only feasible alternative would be to move whatever you want pinned to the header and pin it there.

We cant pin an object on mobile.The feature pin is not there on mobile.

the easiest way then is to create an anchor link to the footer and then a back to top arrow. i havent seen anywhere you can freeze the footer. i havent really seen it done especially on mobile since space is at a premium.
