Hello there,
I had a problem with Shop pages, and I wanted to stop people buying stuff while I sorted it out.
So I enabled the ‘hide on load’ property of the Product Gallery so that there were no products to be seen and I put in a ‘Back Soon’ text box. Then off I went to sort out the problem (which was shipping costs, which I may come back to, actually).
Now, when I want to put the Product Gallery back on show, I can’t see it in the Editor. Evidently it’s there, because it shows up in the Layers list, but I can’t ‘see’ it with the cursor and I can’t get a list of properties to pop up anywhere so that I can uncheck the ‘Hide on Load’ checkbox.
Am I missing something or have I royally messed it all up?
Thanks in advance.
M
Hi,
The product gallery should be visible again after unchecking hidden on load in the properties. I’d double check and make sure there aren’t any overlapping elements that may be causing the gallery to appear hidden.
Try out some of the troubleshooting steps pointed out here and here .

It’s not hidden by an overlap. Apart from the small text box, it’s the only thing on the page. (See screenshot.)
The thing is, I can’t get the properties pop-up because I can’t click on it. It’s not there to be clicked on, because it’s hidden. And I can’t unhide it because I can’t get the properties pop-up.
I have the same problem. To make the hidden elements appear again, I have to go to tools and uncheck/check “Hidden Elements”.
