Hide/Collapse Gallery when dataset is blank

I created a customer review section using repeaters and datasets. Everything is working fine but I want the gallery to hide/collapse if no images were submitted.

I’ve given this a try but it either removes the gallery all together regardless of if there is data in the dataset, or the gallery won’t disappear when there is no input.

I’ve looked into other forums with similar issues but those didn’t work for me either.

Looking for some help and advice to get this done.
