I got this:

To show or hide the comments and likes counters:

1. Click the Wix Blog app in your Editor.
2. Click Settings.
3. Click the Display tab.
4. Select or deselect the comments counter.
5. Select or deselect the likes counter.
   … But I can not find the Display tab in the settings

The Display tab can easily be found once clicking the settings
