How Can I change Name of "Order Summary" and other parts of the store?

My site needs to be fully in another language but wix doesn’t do good job with that, also there is not a single way that I found to change “Order Summary”, “Subtotal”, “Shipping”,“Total”, “Check out with Paypal” and punch more to other language/ phrase.

Please HELP Fast!
