I’d like to have a text box on a dynamic page where each sentence begins with a bullet. I’ve attached a screenshot from one of the WIX dynamic pages tutorials that shows a bulleted list.
How can this be done?

You do that in the Wix Editor itself and not through code.

Yes, I’ve tried the traditional way of adding bullets, by changing the setting of the text box to bullets. It looks fine in editor but when I preview the bullets do not display.
Is it stored in the collection as Rich Text?
You can use a rich text in the database and use rich text editor or text element and connect that to text element

Unable to use the manual text formatting options I have read about. And as well, adding bulleted lists does not come through correctly.
If you use rich text field, then make sure you don’t alter any of the text box settings within the Wix Editor as this would then overwrite the rich text field own settings.
You should just add it and connect the text box to your required rich text field and it will display that field as you have set it up.
Adding any text box has an inherent style build into the editor. There is no way to remove the entire text style from a text box that is being added to a page. I am not adding any additional styling or altering the text box settings.

I was able to solve my own problem just now. My issue was trying to paste the information into the table view mode. The solution for me was to open the data set up in the large editor mode that you can get to by switching to list view and editing an item there.
