How can I import/display pinpointed data from another website?

Hi! I would like to add a section that links specific information from a different website. I can embed the whole HTML code, but I’m not sure how to input only specific elements of the external website page. I know I can use the custom embed feature, but I honestly do not know what elements to extract from the HTML code (or if that’s even the right thing to do).
To be more specific, the external page I am referencing contains events for my business and for other business, and I just want my site to show the events for my business. I hope this makes sense!
