How can i remove the “Add promo code link” from checkout.

What are you trying to achieve:
We don’t have any coupon codes right now and don’t want to give customers a wrong idea that we give some discount.
What have you already tried:
I have tried checking the settings of checkout page but there the promo code link button was already unchecked
