How Can I add a C# function on to my website and connect it to PropCtrl?

What are you trying to achieve:
I need to change the API to be compatible with PropCtrl (apparantly in C#) to enable me to feed my listings from PropCtrl to my website

There’s no ability to add C# code to any website. All websites use JavaScript.

If PropCtrl exposes an API you should be able to use what they provide to make queries and get the responses you want.
