How do I create a simple drop down list?

Hello everyone, I’m looking to create a simple drop down list like this one :

I can’t seem to figure out how to get it done in a simple way, I know wix FAQ can do it, but I’m building a template for many pages and I’m really not looking to overcomplicate it.
It doesn’t need to be linked to anything or do anything more than drop down when clicked.
