Hello all…
I created a form with the following form fields: First Name, Last Name, Email, Company, Phone, Address, Apt/Unit#, City, State, Postal Code. When I go to Contacts, all the form fields are visible and data has been collected in the various fields. However, when I export the Contacts to a csv file, the form fields Apt/Unit#, City, State, Postal Code do not appear as column headers, and none of the data collected exports. Can anyone advise?
Hi there, was this done using Wix Data/Corvid? If so the information towards the bottom of this this article may help.
Thanks for your reply, Steven. It was not. It’s a Contact Form from the Contact & Forms section of the Add menu. I added the form and customized the fields, and that was working perfectly. I see what the problem is, but I don’t know how to fix it. If I go to “ViewSubmissions Table” and then Contacts, when I open an individual contact, all the fields are there… Address, Apt/Unit#, City, State, Postal Code. But not all of that information is available when I export the contacts to a report. (See “data form.png” attached.)
If I edit the contact, I can see that the Address form fields I drug and dropped onto my form are not single fields. But I can’t see how to make the drop down fields (See yellow area in “edit contact form.png” attached) visible on the website form for people to fill out.
I’m open to switching to Wix Data/Corvid if that’s a better option… but I still need to be able to export all of the data that has already been collected.
