How do I input code?

I am trying to input a code from a site called reftagger, in which I can scroll over a bible verse and have it pop up.
I am unsure of how to input it into my “wix code” system. Since it’s a third party it says to input wix- fetch… Not sure how to go about doing this. If anyone can help?
