I am trying to provide a photo mock-up service and I need people to be able to upload files not visible to any other member. I also need them to be able to download files unique to them.

Make a Form and add a upload button to upload pictures. Connect this forum to a database(with user permission settings) and then make a dynamic page( with user permission settings)and display the images in a gallery. I guess then the user can download the pictures they uploaded and prevent others from seeing it…
