How to add custom functionality to wix website

My client has a website under the eCommerce package. now they want to add the following functionality on the website.

Calendar function - add delivery date function while doing add to cart. So they can blackout dates that deliveries aren’t available

Geo location function - certain products to be available city wise -if one selects Delhi and Pune as cities, different catalogs to load not the same catalog as Bombay

Please let me know how we can add this custom functionality
