I was able to design a custom button which had a gradient fill. I’m trying to figure out how to apply this styling to the Submit Button which is attached to an input field. Is this possible?
I can easily do this with custom css, but Wix doesn’t seem to provide anywhere to input Custom CSS. In Developer Mode, the only styling option is backgroundColor with straightforward solid fills.
Please help! I don’t understand why it’d be possible to have gradient fill in some buttons, but not in others.

It belongs on which button you have chosen in the wix-editor.
There are given various button-designs and some of them offers more options and some of them a little bit less.
Choose the right one and you will have the ability to set a gradient-fill.
Thanks for your response. The issue is that none of the submit buttons (which are attached to forms) have this gradient option.
I’ve since found a workaround though. I created two identically shaped buttons, one regular button with the gradient fill, one submit button without. I arranged the gradient button underneath the submit button, and made the fill of the submit button transparent on hover. That gave the effect I was going for, albeit in a slightly roundabout way.
Hi there! I have figured out how to change the gradient but is there a way to change the colour of the gradient? It seems to only allow the original colour of the button design and won’t let me customize… Thanks in advance!
