How to add payment condition

Hi! I am trying to add a payment condition to my wix site.
For example: I have 2 payment options. one is manual and other is card payment. Option for manual payment has to be there only for orders with value <99$
for orders with total order value >99$, I only want to display card payment option.
I was wondering if its possible to add a IF/THEN conditional statement in the area where is gives payment options. and if so, how to do it?
