How to Add photos to galleries via a QR Code for wedding guests

I own a wedding venue and I want to be able to provide a QR Code to my couples for guests can directly upload to their gallery.

Can someone enlighten me?

You can create a dynamic page for each individual wedding party. And create the QR code for that link.

You can also add an upload input field to that dynamic page → CMS: Adding and Setting Up an Upload Button | Help Center | Wix.com

However optimizing that for people adding to the gallery would involve some customization and code imo.

That’s not technically possible.

A QR code won’t physically upload anything. A QR code can lead you to a page——— where you have an upload button —— where it can be technically associated with a form or some app or something that is specific to a wedding.

You may simply need someone to project plan a logic flow plan to figure out your moving pieces and how to put it all together. Or hire a coder to do the job for you.

Anyway, besides all that technical stuff, if you use Wix databases to store all that data to later display on a gallery just know you will run out of storage rather quickly because Wix now counts “items” vs only “file size”.
