How to add text in Wix form that's included with other entries when sent to visitor?

I made a form - with the new Wix Studio formbuilder - that includes a “terms and conditions” section that does not appear with the other form entries in the automated email to the visitor. There’s a checkbox after the terms section that works fine, but I need the terms section itself to be sent to the visitor. I don’t know anything about code. I’m using the “layout elements” icon for text in the formbuilder, which looks fine on my site. The automations are set up fine. Now I need the contents of the text box to be sent in the automated emails. thanks

If the Terms and conditions are static content that doesn’t change between submissions, can you edit the automation email and duplicate the terms into the automation email?
