Changing the color of the default member signup/login form button text

I have been trying to change the design settings for a while, but can’t get to the setting that changes the color of this specific button text. Is it even customizable?
I believe these are derived from your site theme. It might be using the color in your site theme that applies to text?

I have tried looking at the theme settings and tweaking them, but couldn’t get this specific button text color to change 
It should be somewhere around here (I think), but somehow the above two buttons are the only exceptions 
Any other place I should look at?

I did a bit of digging and it doesn’t seem to be wired to the themes 
, unlike the other elements in the signup/login forms.
If you can’t find a workaround with the color panel. You do have the option of using a Custom Form for the Signup/Login. Although it would mean manually designing like the rest of the site
