How to change the ticket text to say "Sold Out" instead of reverting to "Tickets Coming Soon" when sold out?

I’m having trouble with
Our live event for our client has some shows that are sold out, but the button for the sold out shows says “Tickets Coming Soon” and I can’t figure out how to change that to “Sold Out”

Is this even possible? I’ve looked at the event details, and don’t see an explicit setting for the button text. The status does show “sold out” if I look at the ticket.

Go to Event List → enable the Sold Out Ribbon, so sold-out performances are clearly labelled.
