How to create a groups template?

I am creating a new website and was hoping to add a template that will allow my user to create their own groups. I realized WIX does not have any template that will allow groups creation on my website.

I was wondering if anyone has any code I can use to add a groups template on my website.

Sorry I have no experience coding otherwise I would have coded this myself.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!
