I’d like to have a question page that pops up right when someone types in our url that asks them if they are looking to attend a workshop or if they are already a facilitator of our workshops. Much like this page does for grown-ups/kids: https://www.elfontheshelf.com/. Does anyone know if I can/how to do that in Wix?

Yes it is doable using Wix Corvid . Please read our API reference to learn how to work with Corvid . You can also search or write in our Corvid forum if you have any doubts while you implement it.
