How to customize individual form fields in the new Wix Forms?

In the old Wix forms, I was able to populate hidden fields with dynamic data. However, in the new forms, I’m facing challenges because there are no field IDs, and it also appears that populating data into dropdowns is limited to static values without labels. Is there a way to achieve the same functionality in the new forms, particularly when it comes to hidden fields and dynamic data population?
