How to get this scroll effect on wix editor using velo?

hi, i’m using wix editor.

would like to create a similar scroll effect like this https://jimmydavies.com/

would like to have a “welcome page” and when users scroll down, the next section of my page scrolls right on top of the “welcome page.”

the same effect on the website provided.

please help thanks!

That is only possible on the Wix Studio editor not the classic editor.
