How to manage user input elemnts

Hi,
I’d like to costum a form to my own needs. So I used the user input elemnts to do that, but now I can’t find how to manage the order of the fileds - I mean that after the user filled up the first field he’ll press ‘tab’ and will be moved to the second filed (right now it jumps the the fifth field for example…)

So my question is how can I manage the order of the fileds?
